CSPM5500 SPM in Liquid

A TipHolder-Liquid Cell system can be employed in CSPM5500 by which SPM in liquid can be achieved.

Both Contact Mode and Tapping can be carried out in liquid.

SPM in liquid is capable of:

	1. Maintanance of fluid environment

	2. Elimination of capillary forces
